Join Howard live from his kitchen in Sheffield as he shows you how to master one of the highlights of this year’s GBBO - brandy snaps. You’ll roll up your snaps and fill them with a delicious chocolate cremeux, then make brandy snap baskets to hold creme diplomat and berries.

We’ll start off the class with an introductory welcome and some background from Howard’s time on TV, before we ask you to put on your aprons and bake along as you watch Howard demonstrate all the skills required to make these tasty treats.
