It’s that time of year again! Bake Off is back and we’re running our ever popular bake along classes. Week eight was all about desserts and Howard’s been inspired by the signature challenge of a Basque cheesecake. His mouthwatering marbled version is rippled with chocolate and vanilla, topped with fruit flowers and served emerging from a crown of tuiles, as a nod to the traditional way of presenting this cheesecake; still in its paper!

We’ll start off the class with an introductory welcome and some background from Howard’s time on TV, before we ask you to put on your aprons and bake along as you watch Howard demonstrate all the skills required to make a delicious bake.
