Join Howard live from his kitchen in Sheffield as he shows you how to create a duo of classic British biscuits - crisp, buttery Custard Creams and lightly spiced Fig Rolls. So much nicer than their shop-bought counterparts, they’re the perfect accompaniment to elevenses or a tasty teatime treat. Dunking is entirely optional!

We’ll start off the class with an introductory welcome and some background from Howard’s time on TV, before we ask you to put on your aprons and bake along as you watch Howard demonstrate all the skills required to make these little stars of the biscuit tin.
