If you've struggled to find the perfect balance between style and substance when making delicate, flavoured sponges, then this is the right course for you! Learn Howard's best techniques for making crispy hazelnut wafers to sandwich your sponge, and impress with a layer of coffee liqueur cream!
We’ll start off the day with teas, coffees and pastries, before we put on our aprons and watch Howard demonstrate all the skills required to make this indulgent treat. We'll spend around 2 hours baking and beautifully decorating our masterpieces, before tucking in to the fruits of our labour whilst hearing stories about GBBO!
