Howard's back in Bakewell at Hartingtons Artisan School of Food and Drink for a brand new serving of his fabulous gluten-free summer bakes.
Baking alongside Howard, you'll make:
A show-stopping Hummingbird cake - spectacularly layered, packed with tropical fruit and coconut and decorated with dried pineapple flowers
Savoury choux profiteroles - made with pea flour and filled with herby cream cheese and smoked salmon or seasonal summer vegetables
Crusty picnic baguettes - with your choice of flavours, including olive, fresh basil and sun-dried tomato
Howard will also demonstrate:
A delicious Summer Berry Meringue Roulade which will be your gluten-free dessert at lunch
He’ll also be bringing along:
Summer Bakewell Tarts with fresh raspberries and rosehip syrup for you to taste.
