Now in its 162nd year, Betley Show is about to risk its prestigious heritage once again by letting Howard loose amongst the prize cucumbers. He’s back by popular demand so he must have made an impression last year!

He'll be bringing his unique baking style to the chefs' demo stage at 12 and 3pm and signing copies of his book, 'Delicious Gluten-Free Baking'.
